Paisleyana Designs will create an original, watercolor portrait of your special place.

• Some people have commissioned summer cottages, previous homes, beloved churches, and even favorite public landmark buildings.

• Paintings start at $500 for an 11x14 size work of art. I am open to discussing variations.

• Your Custom portrait will be created on high quality watercolor paper and securely mailed to you, ready for framing.

• I require a $350 deposit and I can provide a sketch in advance of commencing with the painting. Fees for finished work are non-refundable.

• Watercolor is not a medium that can be revised. Please see my gallery for representations of my style. 

• Reference photos are required. I need high resolution pictures from many angles. If you wish to have a particular season depicted, I will need photos of blooms or leaves.

• I am able to use artistic license to move objects that are obstructing the best view ( tree, utility pole, neighbor’s yard or house).

• Please allow 5-6 weeks for completion and delivery. The painting will be packaged very securely and shipped to you. 

• If you are commissioning the portrait as a gift for a special occasion, please plan ahead in order to receive it with plenty of time to spare.
